In the wise (and slightly sexist, but hilarious) words of my Korean professor of world religions, "Utah weather is change like woman's mind." Let me give you a practical example.
This is a picture I took on my way to my first class this morning (9:00 AM).
Here is a picture that I took on my way home from my last meeting on campus (5:00 PM).
You'd think that I'd be used to this after almost 20 (!!!!!!!) years of living Utah, but I'm not.

Stupid chicken.
I just ate a piece of chicken from the Grab-n-Go on campus. That was probably one of the less brilliant decisions I have made today. First of all, why would you buy food from a place called "Grab-n-Go"? The name sounds like a petty crime or some sort of awkward thing someone does to you in gym class. Second of all, "chicken fingers" sounds too creepy to be a name for food. Can't you just see a chicken reaching out with its spindly fingers to Grab you and Go?
Ugh.
And I wasn't even that hungry.
